This is our story
Toronto Search and Rescue - Marine is an all-volunteer Marine Search and Rescue unit based in Toronto.
Our unit was incorporated in July 2012 to replace the defunct Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary (CCGA) Ashbridge's Bay unit. In 2013, we received our Charitable status, and in 2014, we became a member of the CCGA. Departing from Cathedral Bluffs on June 11, 2015, the crew of Toronto Search and Rescue - Marine embarked on our first patrol in the T-SAR 2 rescue boat.
Toronto Search and Rescue - Marine is a member of good standing of the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary (CCGA).
